Here we go again folks - a bill making its way through the state house would fine restaurants if they gave you utensils, napkins or condiments without you asking for them –  HS2 substitute for HB 111 (“Skip the Stuff”) covering utensils, napkins, condiment packets, and similar items has passed the house and is in the Senate – As you might imagine all the same sponsors are on this bill as well.
