Our business and dream...

…began in March of 2014.  We are a small family owned and operated business.  Myself (Nick), my wife (Victoria) and two sons (Tyler & Alex) take pride in our business.  We love to create a great product and enjoy serving our customers. 

At that time the majority of our business was focused on events, fairs and festivals. We also did private parties and catering.

In 2015, we embarked on the next leg of our fabulous journey. We unveiled our food truck on New Years in 2016. We launched our now famous cheesesteak eggrolls. We also added to our menu other great items that included our BBQ and pulled pork tacos.

In 2017, we have undergone many growing pains. We have expanded our food truck menu and taken on more private events. We upsized our business in

June to include a shop in Georgetown, Delaware.

Great things are coming in the near future; with endless possibilities.
